In this paper, we studied the oxidation behavior in AA7075 containing TiB2 nanoparticles. The results indicate that nanoparticles play distinctive roles during coupled processes. At a lower temperature, ruptures Al2O3 film and refine microstructure morphology. Above solutionizing point, Zn proceeds deeply into matrix, partially block diffusion path to increase gradient. TiB2-regulated is responsible for surface patterning inward oxidation. characterization of oxygen penetration depth provides mechanistic understanding induced by
